Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and technical leadership for tax innovation platforms
  • Oversee large-scale projects and drive process enhancements
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance AI-enabled tax services
  • Maintain operational excellence in project execution and delivery
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals
  • Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
  • Maintain elevated client engagement to support project success
  • Champion modernization initiatives across product offerings

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 6 years of experience
  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments
  • Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures
  • Leading system migrations and legacy modernization
  • Possessing knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security
  • Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems
  • Defining technical standards for AI and data systems
  • Mentoring engineering leaders and architects
  • Managing uncertainty and competing priorities

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree preferred
  • Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments

  • Possessing knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security

Pay

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
