Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for tax innovation platforms
- Oversee large-scale projects and drive process enhancements
- Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance AI-enabled tax services
- Maintain operational excellence in project execution and delivery
- Foster cross-team collaboration to achieve project goals
- Analyze complex challenges and develop innovative solutions
- Maintain elevated client engagement to support project success
- Champion modernization initiatives across product offerings
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Master's Degree preferred
- Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments
- Designing and evolving enterprise or SaaS architectures
- Leading system migrations and legacy modernization
- Possessing knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and security
- Integrating AI and advanced analytics into production systems
- Defining technical standards for AI and data systems
- Mentoring engineering leaders and architects
- Managing uncertainty and competing priorities
Qualifications
- Master's Degree preferred
- Leading multiple engineering teams in agile environments

Pay
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
