Tax Expert - Retail

Role Overview Seeking motivated individuals to serve as Tax Experts at TurboTax retail locations, combining tax expertise with community engagement to assist customers with tax preparation and advice. Responsibilities Build local community presence through outreach, events, and marketing initiatives.Provide comprehensive tax services, including preparing returns, identifying deductions, and offering tax planning.Deliver exceptional customer experiences both in-person and virtually, fostering trust and loyalty.Utilize tax software and professional tools to ensure accurate, personalized solutions.Engage in proactive client outreach and content creation to expand community impact. Qualifications & Skills: Active credentials: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with at least 3 years' tax preparation experience.PTIN and relevant state licenses required; familiarity with Circular 230 preferred.Comfortable working onsite, with strong communication, customer service, and tech skills.Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a plus.Entrepreneurial mindset, community-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
