This role requires significant experience serving construction industry clients, including providing tax planning, consulting, and compliance services tailored to the unique challenges and opportunities within the construction sector. You’ll serve as a trusted advisor to clients, lead complex engagements, and collaborate with firm leadership to drive growth and innovation. Responsibilities

  • Review and approve complex tax returns for construction industry clients
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state tax laws
  • Lead tax research and planning initiatives
  • Serve as a technical resource for staff and clients
  • Supervise and mentor tax team members
  • Collaborate with audit teams on large client engagements

Requirements

  • CPA license required
  • 8+ years in public accounting with increasing responsibility
  • Experience representing clients before tax authorities
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in tax software (e.g., CCH ProSystem fx) preferred
  • Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s in Taxation preferred)
