Tax Consultant

Role Summary: Provide on-site tax preparation and tax guidance to in-person customers using accurate calculations and relevant tax knowledge. Key Responsibilities Prepare tax returns and deliver clear tax advice, planning, and calculations.Provide support for TurboTax products and assist customers with software-related questions.Help clients identify eligible deductions, reduce tax liabilities, and maximize refunds.Build and maintain relationships with local clients through community outreach and marketing activities. Qualifications & Skills Strong understanding of tax preparation, deductions, and tax liability concepts.Ability to perform accurate calculations and provide trustworthy recommendations.Customer-focused communication and professionalism in a face-to-face setting.Comfort with tax software tools and troubleshooting customer questions.Community-oriented mindset with interest in outreach and client relationship building.
