Tax Consultant

About the role

The tax consultant will focus on individual and small business tax returns. The tax consultant must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. The tax consultant will be autonomous and deliver quality returns in a timely manner. The firm is looking for a tax consultant who has previous experience working in a CPA firm during off-peak and peak seasons.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Individual Tax experience
• EA or CPA is highly desired.
• Experience with Intuit ProSeries tax software is highly desired
• Experience with H&R Block, Jackson Hewitt, or Liberty Tax Services is a plus
• Excellent client skills
• ProSeries Intuit Software experience
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Strong software skills

Pay

Target salary is $60,000-$65,000 annually
