Tax Attorney - Remote

Role Title: Employment Lawyer Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote, US-Based Only We are seeking experienced Employment Lawyers to support an AI training project focused on improving legal reasoning and accuracy. You’ll review employment law scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to improve AI systems. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities Analyze employment law scenarios, identify key legal issues, and assess potential risks. Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness. Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning. Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs. Required Qualifications J.D. degree from a U.S. law school. Active bar license in at least one U.S. state or the District of Columbia. More than 3 years of substantive legal practice, preferably in employment or labor law. Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills. Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
