Tax Associate / Senior Tax Associate

About the Role

A growing public accounting firm is looking to add a Tax Associate / Senior Tax professional with approximately 2-6 years of experience who is looking for broader exposure, mentorship, and long-term career growth. This firm intentionally develops professionals beyond repetitive tax preparation work and provides opportunities to gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of public accounting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns
• Assist with financial statement preparation
• Work directly with clients and support ongoing relationships
• Assist with tax planning and research
• Participate in bookkeeping and accounting projects
• Support multiple client industries and business types
• Collaborate with leadership and team members

Qualifications

• 2-6 years of public accounting experience
• CPA or CPA-track preferred
• Experience with tax preparation
• Strong communication skills
• Desire to continue learning and growing
• Team-oriented mindset
