This position is hybrid, requiring team members to be in the office on average 3 days a week for in-person collaboration, with flexibility determined at the team level.

Your Team

  • Work closely with Interns, Associates, Senior Associates, Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners.
  • Serve clients across industries, including Consumer & Industrial, Financial Sponsors & Financial Services, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Public Sector, Real Estate, Renewable Energy, Technology & Media, and Private Client Services.
  • Access office amenities and collaborative spaces in the Miami location.
  • Receive guidance from a Performance Coach to establish goals and career development.
  • Connect with a CR Friend for support and mentorship upon joining the firm.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tax returns for Individuals, Partnerships, and Corporations.
  • Identify potential tax issues and prepare tax adjusting entries and trial balances based on audited or client-provided data.
  • Research tax filing requirements and issues using the Internal Revenue Code, Treasury Regulations, and other relevant authorities.
  • Manage daily client workflow and multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Draft tax technical memorandums.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Accounting.
  • Plan to complete 150 credit hours by September 2026 to qualify for CPA licensure.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 in both major and overall coursework.
  • Leadership positions in extracurricular activities preferred.
  • Prior work or internship experience, especially in accounting, is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and sharp critical thinking.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adaptable to change.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; eagerness to learn new technologies.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
