Tax Associate Attorney (Mid-Level)

Who You Are
- High performer with 3-5 years of significant experience in mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and other strategic transactions.
- Broad-based federal transactional tax practice, including domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, buyouts, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Experience in private equity and hedge funds, real estate and REIT taxation, complex capital markets transactions, bankruptcy and workouts, structured finance and securitization, lending and project finance, start-up and early-stage companies.
- Experience managing components of transactions independently.
- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
- Active member of the New York Bar or California Bar.
