About the role

An established regional CPA firm is growing its Sioux Falls team and seeking professionals for Tax and Audit positions. The firm welcomes candidates at various experience levels—from those building their careers to seasoned professionals ready for more responsibility. Responsibilities

• Tax: Individual returns, Partnerships, S‑Corporations and other business returns, Trust and estate work (depending on experience), Tax planning, Client communication, Review responsibilities for more experienced professionals, Exposure to agriculture and financial institution industries.
• Audit: Audit and assurance engagements, Financial statement work, Workpaper preparation and review, Client communication, Engagement planning and fieldwork, Increasing responsibility for engagements as you develop, Exposure to financial institution/bank audit work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Public accounting experience preferred for experienced‑level positions.
• Tax or Audit experience (you do not need both).
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with clients.
• Desire to continue developing technically and professionally and to grow long term with the firm.
