Tax Analyst
About the role
Provides training and guidance to junior tax staff as needed. Utilizes tax preparation software and tools to streamline the tax filing process. Collaborates with other tax professionals and departments to ensure comprehensive tax planning and compliance. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide accurate advice. Assists with tax audits and provides support during the audit process. Prepares and files accurate and timely income tax returns for individuals, businesses, and other entities. Conducts tax research to ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations. Analyzes financial information to identify potential tax savings and planning opportunities. Reviews and verifies the accuracy of tax documents and financial records. Communicates with clients to gather necessary information and provide tax-related advice. Prepares and submits correspondence related to tax matters, including responses to notices from tax authorities. Develops and implements tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities.

Requirements

[Required] Education Bachelor's [Required] Master's [Preferred] Field Of Study in Accounting or a related field of Taxation degree Work Experience 1+ of work experience in an accounting related field [Required] 1+ or more years of work experience in the area of income taxation (public accounting or industry) [Preferred]
