Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the U.S. state and territory premium tax function, including preparing and filing annual premium tax returns, calculating payments, executing transactions, and maintaining compliance.
Lead the municipal premium tax function, overseeing municipal compliance, reconciliations, transmissions, and resolving inquiries.
Manage personal property tax reporting and volume of business tax reporting, including preparing and filing returns, analyzing asset data, and overseeing disbursements.
Handle certificate of authority renewals, other non-tax filings and payments, and manage state income tax returns and tax accounting assistance.
Support business license renewal and gather data for county filings, manage licensing fees, and administer licensing processes.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of state and municipal tax laws and regulations.
Experience with tax software and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Proficiency in data analysis and report generation.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $78k - $82k.
Schedule
This role is hybrid (3 in-office days and 2 remote days).
