Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–5 years of recent public accounting experience with a focus on tax preparation and compliance.
• Experience preparing individual, corporate, partnership, S-corporation, fiduciary, and/or nonprofit tax returns.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines during peak tax seasons.
• Proficiency with tax preparation software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members.
• CPA license or CPA-track candidates preferred but not required.
