Taskforce/General Manager - Bench

About the role

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing training and development opportunities
• Monitor and maintain hotel cleanliness, safety, and security standards
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
• Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
• Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles
• Proficiency in hotel management software systems
• Multilingual skills are a plus
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends
