Responsibilities
- Supported complex Steam Generator Replacement (SGR) projects, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
- Performed in-vessel operations in high-risk, controlled environments
- Led welding project execution, driving timelines, quality, and team coordination
- Installs, troubleshoots, assembles and disassembles, repairs and maintains tooling and equipment at customer sites (may include equipment associated with refueling and inspecting and maintaining nuclear reactors and components)
- Counsels and trains technicians, including on the job training, conducting pre-job briefs, defining task requirements, performance management and coaching, documenting performance, managing conflicts between coworkers, and ensuring safety and compliance of individuals and plant equipment
- Complies with all applicable safety and health rules including personal dose compliance
- Works flexible hours and shifts, as required, to ensure timely service
- Makes unescorted nuclear access (includes background check, psychological exam, and drug screen)
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent education
Minimum of 4 years of related experience
Advanced knowledge in a particular field of commonly used equipment, practices and concepts
Knowledge of company and industry safety and health policies and programs as required for specific roles
Good communication skills to comprehend, follow direction, policies, procedures and guidelines with ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and management, vendors and customers
Requires specific technical training and certification
Qualifications

Salary: $34.60 - $45.40 per hour, and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses.
