STAHL advocates for policies that can improve government services and maintain our government's competitive advantage, by bringing more technology into government programs.

STAHL USA advocates on behalf of our nation's innovative, new technology and small businesses looking to work with the U.S. government. We do this by aligning the voice of our small business members with advocacy for change in federal policy that will make the government market more accessible to small businesses and the commercial technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation of baseline management tasks within the government programs.
  • Collaborate with government agencies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of government operations through technology integration.
  • Represent the interests of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awardees in government forums and committees.
  • Provide guidance and support to Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awardees on navigating the government contracting process.
  • Ensure alignment between government programs and the needs of Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) awardees.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the government sector.
  • Proven ability to manage and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of government contracting processes and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
