Work Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

About the role

Aldevra is currently seeking a qualified Task Lead Analyst (TLA) to support the United States Army Reserve (USAR) in Fort Bragg, NC. We are looking for someone who brings a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, clear communication, and a willingness to jump in where needed. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Program Lead Analyst (PLA) with daily management and coordination of contract activities.
  • Provide leadership and direction to assigned analysts and functional support personnel.
  • Monitor task assignments, schedules, deliverables, and suspense dates.
  • Review analytical products, reports, briefings, information papers, and other deliverables for quality, completeness, and accuracy before Government submission.
  • Serve as an alternate or backup to the PLA when the PLA is unavailable, if required by the contractor's management approach.
  • Track open actions, risks, issues, and Government taskers and elevate significant matters to the PLA.
  • Support preparation of executive-level briefings, status reports, decision-support products, and recommendations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain CAC clearance. This position requires passing an extensive background check.

Mental And Physical Requirements

  • This position is based in an office environment, primarily involving computer work, meetings, and collaboration with team members.
  • Ability to perform prolonged computer-based work, including use of a keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
  • Ability to attend meetings and briefings throughout the assigned work location.
  • May require extended periods of sitting or standing associated with office work, meetings, briefings, and travel.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, taskers, and deliverables simultaneously.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and make decisions within established policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with Government leadership, functional staff, and contractor personnel.
  • Ability to prepare, review, and interpret reports, briefings, spreadsheets, policies, and other technical or administrative documents.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate geographically dispersed personnel and multiple functional workstreams.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience in management or supervision and a minimum of four (4) years of that experience shall have been in DoD Staff Leadership
  • Associates degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred; relevant DoD/Army leadership experience may substitute for education.
  • Valid Real-ID state-issued driver's license
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent and accurate written communication
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems; online calendars and cloud systems; intermediate to advanced skills Microsoft office products required
  • Excellent attention to detail; accurate data entry
  • Customer Focused and team-oriented work ethic
  • Able to multi-task efficiently and accurately, focusing on quality
