About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience at our hotel. You will work closely with the front desk staff to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional service to all guests.Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain the hotel’s standards
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in hospitality or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Experience with hotel reservation systems
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events
