About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the customer experience at our hospitality venues. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that all guests are satisfied and that our facilities meet the highest standards.Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Manage staff schedules and conduct performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance overall venue operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospitality management.
- Proven ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with property management software is a plus.
- Knowledge of local and state health and safety regulations.
