About the role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enhancing the guest experience at our premier hotel. You will work closely with the front desk staff to ensure smooth check-ins and check-outs, and provide exceptional customer service.Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage room reservations and availability.
- Ensure all guest requests are promptly addressed.
- Oversee the front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to maintain a seamless operation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in a hotel setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer service orientation.
