Job Summary

The Assistant Golf Professional supports the management of day-to-day golf operations at The Club at Tartan Fields - Dublin, OH. This role involves promoting an exceptional golf experience for members and guests, overseeing all phases of the golf operation, and managing various programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the golf operation in conjunction with the Head Golf Professional
• Track and verify all players and guests, golf cars, club care, lockers, handicap fees, and other charges necessary, and facilitate proper controls
• Maintain and monitor the reservation system and pace of play
• Develop, manage, and oversee tournament, golf instruction, and golfer development programs
• Aid in training, supervising, and motivating the golf operations staff to meet facility objectives

Requirements

• Level 1 certification or greater in golf operations
• 2 years of college or equivalent experience preferred
• Golf operations background and instruction experience
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Customer service experience
