Targeting Analyst Lead - TS CI required to apply - No Virginia

About the role

The Targeting Analyst Lead provides mission-critical support to the Intelligence Community by reviewing, analyzing, and responding to requests for a variety of analytic products covering a wide spectrum of topics relevant at the national and global level. This role oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management.

Responsibilities

• Develops targets and analyzes formal reporting to generate courses of action and to alert the U.S. Government to potential threats.
• Leverages critical thinking and an entrepreneurial mindset in data exploitation, processing, and visualization.
• Independently triages and assesses large volumes of data in a fast-paced environment.
• Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, reviews status of projects and budgets, manages schedules, and prepares status reports.
• Affirms project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
• Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, clients, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Active/current TS/SCI with polygraph
• Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or an additional 4 years with HSD
• 12 years of experience, may have supervisory or management experience
• 10+ years of experience working in three or more of the following: all-source analysis, HUMINT targeting, counterterrorism operations, counternarcotics analysis, or intelligence support to law enforcement operations
• Proven ability to convey complex information in oral or written form
• Experience with 24x7x365 operations
• Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues
• Solid organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requirements
• Experience mentoring junior targeting analysts or analysts
