Responsibilities
- Conduct advanced analysis using unique datasets, specialized tools, and network-mapping techniques to identify key enemy centers of gravity and expose opportunities for operational advantage.
- Apply targeting methodologies to understand threat systems, develop target sets, and support the employment of both kinetic and non-kinetic capabilities.
- Perform Target System Analysis to assess how adversary systems function, identify critical nodes, and determine vulnerabilities.
- Support planning and execution through detailed weaponeering analysis, combat assessment, and collateral damage considerations, ensuring recommendations align with operational objectives and established standards.
- Directly inform targeting decisions and help commanders achieve precise, effective, and responsibly executed effects on the battlespace.

Requirements
- 10+ years of experience conducting targeting analysis.
- Experience with all-source intelligence or operational intelligence support.
- Experience using unique datasets, analytic platforms, or targeting tools to identify networks, nodes, or centers of gravity.
- Experience performing Target System Analysis (TSA), weaponeering, combat assessment, or collateral damage analysis.
- Experience developing target materials, target folders, or target development products in support of operational planning.
- Knowledge of adversary threat networks, system functions, and vulnerabilities relevant to joint or combined operations.
- Ability to conduct complex network analysis to identify critical pathways, relationships, and opportunities for operational effects.
- T/S/SCI clearance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 14+ years of experience conducting targeting analysis or Master’s degree with 10+ years of experience conducting targeting analysis.
- Nice if you have: Experience applying joint or service-specific targeting methodologies, including D3A, F3EAD, JIPTL, or Joint Targeting Cycle processes; Knowledge of kinetic and non-kinetic effects, their employment considerations, and integration into mission planning; Ability to communicate analytic findings clearly to planners, operators, and decision-makers.

Pay
The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD).
Schedule
Full-time and part-time employees working at least 20 hours a week on a regular basis are eligible to participate in Booz Allen’s benefit programs. Individuals that do not meet the threshold are only eligible for select offerings, not inclusive of health benefits.
