Lead Analyst
About the Role
Epsilon’s award-winning COREID identity solution is the foundation of Epsilon’s industry-leading performance marketing solutions. As a Lead Analyst of Identity Analytics, you’ll join a small team with big impact. Your role will include reporting on KPIs for Epsilon’s identity, evaluating potential partners, and forecasting the impact of ecosystem changes and new features. You will work cross-functionally with teams like Decision Science Identity, Product, Engineering, and Data Partnerships. Identity Analytics provides the analysis that ties Identity to business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of identity analytical processes with limited supervision, including expected yield from new data sources and impact of ecosystem changes
- Perform exploratory analyses and proof of concepts for methods under exploration
- Become a subject matter expert in COREID
- Develop scenario analyses to meet business objectives based on various identity strategies
- Contribute insights and planning for further enhancements to COREid
- Work collaboratively and cross-functionally to develop analytical approaches to business questions
Qualifications
Profile
- Degree (Master’s preferred) in Marketing, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research or related discipline
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or business analytics
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to achieve results
- Ability to manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously and independently
- Curiosity and willingness to self-teach
- Interested in applying analysis to make business decisions
- Understanding of MarTech and AdTech industries preferred
Analytical
- Experience presenting analytical findings and recommendations to non-analytical collaborators
- Ability to extract insights from data sets and apply to business problems/decisions
- Experience exploring and presenting data via enterprise data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Sound critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Technical
- Advanced experience with SQL
- Demonstrated big data experience
- Spark, Hive, Scala preferred
- Familiarity with other data tools such as Python or R preferred

Pay
Compensation Range: USD $87,100.00 - USD $161,700.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, along with the requirements of the position.
