Targeted Case Management
About Us
Mindsight Behavioral Health Group is a group practice committed to providing wraparound services to our community. We have locations throughout Kentucky and are growing all the time. Our vision is to provide excellent mental health services to everyone who needs it, especially those who may not otherwise be able to afford services. For this reason, we work hard to maintain relationships with Medicaid providers, and about 80% of our clients are Medicaid recipients.
Case management is a huge part of our services. Safety and Stability are key factors in improving someone's mental health. We call our case managers “Service Coordinators” because they connect our clients with the services and resources they need to establish their Safety and Stability. This is critical to our clients' success.
Despite the primary population that we serve, we are NOT an agency. We use systems that make the workload sustainable and enjoyable for years to come. We’re in this for the long haul, and we want case managers who are, too.
About the Role
We are currently seeking candidates to fill hybrid positions in the Louisville & Lexington, Kentucky areas. Although the position will use mostly telehealth with occasional travel, some community event involvement is also required, so you must reside in or near those areas.
We offer incredible flexibility with your schedules as long as you continue to see your assigned clients regularly (4x monthly).
Our Values
- Effort – We do whatever it takes to meet our goals, and we give 100% when we're at work. This value is about putting in the work so that we do things well and ethically.
- Compassion – We care about our clients, our staff, and our communities. We seek out opportunities to give back and expect our clinicians to be ready to volunteer in our community.
- Growth – We are always learning. We consistently search for new ways to grow, new skills to learn, new specialties to offer, and any opportunity to learn or do something we aren’t already doing.
- Transparency – We relay any updates in real time. Once a decision is made, it is immediately communicated across the practice. We provide constructive feedback and regularly ask for your input.
- Camaraderie – We support each other, support Mindsight, and make each other better. Teamwork is a required skill for this position.
- Fun – We balance hard days with good days through retreats, block parties, murder mystery dinners, and other shenanigans.
