Target Digital Network Analyst with Security Clearance

Job Description

We are looking for a Target Digital Network Analyst to conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information.

• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Develop comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets
• Support identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets' culture, behaviors, and communications technologies
• Mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA

Qualifications

• Level 1: 6 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 4 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience
• Level 2: 9 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 5 years' experience OR Master's degree with 3 years of experience, OR Doctorate with 2 years' experience
• Level 3: 12 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8 years' experience OR Master's degree with 6 years' experience OR Doctorate with 4 years' experience
• Level 4: 15 years of experience (no degree) OR Associate's degree with 13 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree with 11 years of experience OR Master's degree with 9 years' experience OR Doctorate with 7 years' experience

Preferred Degree: Liberal Arts field (e.g. English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, and Political Science)
