Target Digital Network Analyst [All Levels] with Security Clearance

About the role

Weeghman & Briggs is seeking a Target Digital Network Analyst (TDNA) to support critical government initiatives in Annapolis Junction, MD. This position offers a competitive salary range of $102,950-$256,654.35 and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads
• Ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information
• Maintain appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis
• Identify intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps
• Employ multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage and digital footprints
• Apply your knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions
• Be part of a team, working together with government, military, and contractor personnel to develop shared understandings of intelligence needs, mission relevance, and areas of expertise
• Apply your innate curiosity and analytical talent to form hypotheses, critically assess and choose analysis techniques, then query, merge, enrich, evaluate, and pivot within data to attain and share insights
• Distill, document, contextualize and share your findings-including any new tradecraft that you develop-with teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A degree in the Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) is preferred, but a degree in any field is acceptable
• Relevant experience requires aspects of Intelligence Analysis (e.g., target development, social network analysis, metadata analysis, knowledge of customer tool sets and databases)
• In some cases, foreign language proficiency may also be used to satisfy experience requirements

Qualifications

• Level 1: 2 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR 4 years applicable experience with associate degree
• Level 2: 2 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR 3 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR 5 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR 7 years applicable experience with an associate degree
• Level 3: 4 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR 6 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR 8 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR 10 years applicable experience with an associate degree
• Level 4: 7 years applicable experience with a PhD, OR 9 years applicable experience with a master's degree, OR 11 years applicable experience with a bachelor's degree, OR 13 years applicable experience with an associate degree
