Target Digital Network Analyst 2 (Pipeline)

About the role

You will conduct advanced analysis of collection and open-source data to generate insights and leads, ensure target continuity, profile targets and their activities, and develop techniques to gain additional target information. Responsibilities include maintaining appropriate databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis; developing comprehensive baseline profiles of designated target sets; identifying intelligence gaps to tailor current collection or enable new collection to close the gaps; and employing multiple analysis disciplines such as pattern recognition against targets' communications, network usage, and digital footprints. You will also apply knowledge and understanding of IC needs and missions, as well as the targets’ culture, behaviors, and communications technologies, and mentor other analysts on the tools and methodologies used to conduct TDNA.

Requirements

• Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and a position-appropriate security clearance (e.g., Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency-appropriate polygraph) are required.

Qualifications

Required experience and education combinations:

• Nine (9) years of experience and a High School diploma/GED, or
• Seven (7) years of experience and an Associate's Degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Cultures, International Relations, and Political Science) — a degree in any field is acceptable, or
• Five (5) years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree in a Liberal Arts field (preferred, but any field is acceptable), or
• Three (3) years of experience and a Master's Degree in a Liberal Arts field (preferred, but any field is acceptable), or
• Two (2) years of experience and a Doctorate Degree in a Liberal Arts field (preferred, but any field is acceptable).

Information Technology (IT) and Information Security (IS) degrees may be considered relevant if the programs contain coursework equivalent to a Computer Science (CS) major.

Pay

Hourly pay range: $47.80 - $74.18 per hour. Rates serve as a general guideline and are not a guarantee of compensation. Actual pay will vary based on factors including government contract rates, education, relevant prior work experience, knowledge, skills, competencies, certifications, and geographic location. Listed rates reflect pre-benefit gross wages.
