Tar-General Foreman

About the Role

We are seeking a Tar-General Foreman to join our team in the Oil and Gas Extraction Mining and Quarrying industry. As the Tar-General Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the tar mining site, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for managing a team of workers, delegating tasks, and ensuring that all work is completed on time and within budget. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all work completed, as well as ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and serviced.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in tar mining or related field
• Proven experience in a supervisory or management role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or related field
• Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance
• Experience with safety and environmental regulations
• Experience with budget management and cost control
• Experience with project management
