Taping and Reel worker

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Perform bench-type processes to complete taping, using hand tools.
• Follow established methods and procedures to perform operations necessary to tape strips, including reading job travelers, creating parts to samples given by supervisor, safely using utility knife, using and being familiar with tape and measuring tools, interpreting visual aids, performing simple shop math.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations.
• Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules with minimum supervision.
