Tampa Community Hospital

MLK Architecture led the redesign and renovation of the MRI Suite at Tampa Community Hospital to accommodate a new MRI unit. The project included planning for a temporary MRI trailer to ensure continuity of patient services during construction. The permanent suite was reconfigured to enhance workflow, staff efficiency, and patient experience, with updates to the MRI control room and equipment modalities area. The design focused on optimizing spatial relationships, accessibility, and interior aesthetics to create a modern, functional, and cohesive clinical environment.
