Skills

• Strong spiritual development and leadership abilities
• Ability to recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and staff
• Effective fundraising and event planning skills
• Excellence in contact work, club, Campaigners, and camping
• Proficiency in ministry support areas such as accounting and administration

Qualifications

• At least two years as a successful Area Director
• Completed Core Training — Phase One
• Proven leadership and relational skills with both kids and adults
• A call to reach kids with the Gospel
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

Requirements

• Sign a Statement of Faith
• Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord
• Abide by Young Life policies and practices
