About the role

The Executive Area Manager - Tallahassee Territory will lead and manage the sales efforts within the designated territory. This role will drive sales growth, provide strategic insights, and ensure alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute selling strategies based on company direction through ethical selling practices.
  • Drive sales growth by helping to derive best practices for proper targeting and reimbursement practices.
  • Contribute key learnings to the team at ETS to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the marketplace and identify strategic opportunities.
  • Use approved corporate literature, scientific data, and presentations to engage with customers and potential customers.
  • Provide regular reporting and tracking of sales activities and territory sales forecasts based on agreed-upon timelines.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of industry products, updates, and market knowledge.
  • Absolutely ensure that all activities comply with company guidelines, travel/expense guidelines, Code of Ethics, and federal/state/local laws.
  • Assist with training, field Area Managers, professional education, and mentorship roles as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience in wound care field with progressive responsible positions and 5+ years in medical sales required.
  • 5+ years of experience in the medical device, biotechnology, and tissue biologics of the healthcare industry preferred.
  • O.R./Surgical/VAC Submission experience required.
  • Experience with skin substitutes preferred.
  • Previous experience in startup and medium-sized companies.

Qualifications

  • BS/BA in related discipline or equivalent experience required.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
