About the role

As an ancillary sales team member, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by offering additional amenities such as Premier parking and lawn chair rentals. You'll work closely with the Ancillary Manager to plan and communicate these offerings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all guests and assist with answering any questions they may have about the venue.
  • Rent lawn chairs to patrons.
  • Sell Live Nation blankets and merchandise.
  • Sell various upsells including reserved lawn, fast lane, VIP club access, all-inclusive club access, deck access, and parking.
  • Communicate daily concert promotions, upsells, and special offers on Premiere parking to guests.
  • Absorb and break down signs, tables, and tents as needed.
  • Examine pre-purchased tickets to verify authenticity.
  • Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions according to Live Nation's audit guidelines.
  • Balance out at the end of each shift with a supervisor.
  • Participate in post-show clean-up activities, including picking up and sorting trash, recycling, and compostable materials.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED preferred.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Prior cash handling experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • An acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy.
  • An outgoing, engaging, self-starter personality.
  • The ability to interact with guests and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays, including late evenings.
