About the Role
We're seeking a Talent Success Manager to own the employee journey from initial sourcing through recruitment, onboarding, and the critical first 30 days. This hands-on, tech-forward role combines relationship building, full-cycle recruiting, HR analytics, and AI-powered tools to create a faster, smoother, and more engaging talent experience. You'll also help strengthen our culture, employer brand, and long-term talent pipeline.
What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, references, offers, onboarding, and 30-day integration.
- Partner with hiring managers to define needs, recruiting strategies, and service-level expectations.
- Build creative and AI-enabled sourcing pipelines to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
- Develop relationships with schools, colleges, and early-career networks.
- Support internship and externship programs and represent the company at recruiting events.
Onboarding & Employee Success
- Create a structured and engaging first-30-day onboarding experience.
- Partner with managers on 30/60/90-day goals and development plans.
- Help new hires understand our culture, values, and performance expectations.
- Identify opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and ramp-up.
Technology & Analytics
- Leverage our HRIS, ATS, and digital platforms throughout the talent lifecycle.
- Use HR analytics and AI insights to track time-to-fill, candidate experience, turnover, and onboarding effectiveness.
- Maintain key recruiting and onboarding metrics and turn data into actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
Culture & Compliance
- Support engagement, recognition, feedback, and Culture Club initiatives.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout recruiting and onboarding.
- Strengthen our employer brand through digital and creative talent marketing.
- Ensure recruiting and onboarding practices align with applicable employment laws and best practices.
- Maintain recruiting documentation, scopes of work, and forms in partnership with department managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business or Similar
- 3+ years in HR generalist and recruiting roles with strong full-cycle recruitment experience
- Hands-on experience with ADP, Paylocity, or Ashby ATS preferred; comfort with HRIS platforms required
- Familiarity with AI-driven recruiting and HR data analytics
