Responsibilities
- Define, design, and implement market level and national scale sourcing strategies to identify and build talent pools of active and passive candidates for specific, critical-hire requirements.
- Focus on high-touch, personalized engagement of top-caliber talent through creative outreach and initial discovery calls to ensure a superior candidate experience from first contact.
- Continually test and implement emerging sourcing technologies and tools to better identify and engage passive leads, sharing successful tactics and results with the broader team.
- Partner closely with Talent Advisors and recruitment marketing to share search information, track success metrics, and document wins to facilitate a more effective search process.
Requirements
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high-volume sourcing or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of developing innovative strategies to attract hard-to-find talent in competitive markets.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Boolean searching and resume platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, HireEZ), with the ability to engage talent via alternative channels like social media, niche communities, and deep-web searching.
- Previous experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems is required, with specific proficiency in iCIMS or Oracle preferred.

Pay
Salary range: $62,228 - $86,742 per year
