Talent Sourcing Specialist
About the role
ARCO/Murray is seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Sourcer to help fuel our growth by identifying and engaging top talent across the market. In this role, you'll leverage sourcing expertise, talent intelligence, and market insights to build robust candidate pipelines and support critical hiring initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage passive and active candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels
- Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions
- Conduct market mapping and talent research to identify target candidate pools
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and candidate profiles
- Participate in intake meetings to develop sourcing strategies
- Provide insights on talent availability, market trends, and competitive intelligence
- Track sourcing activity and pipeline metrics within the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Analyze sourcing effectiveness and recommend process improvements
- Monitor industry trends and competitor hiring activity
Qualifications
- 5+ years of sourcing, recruiting, talent acquisition, or research experience
- Extensive experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, and other sourcing and AI tools
- Strong research and internet sourcing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience sourcing for corporate, technical, executive, or specialized roles
- Prior experience within the AEC industry is preferred
- Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing methodologies
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, iCIMS, or similar ATS platforms
- Experience working on an in-house corporate recruiting team preferred
- Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plus
