What you'll do
- Source candidates for technical, product and operational roles (primarily software engineers, PMs, and similar) at seed-to-Series C companies
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify, qualify, and engage passive candidates
- Write and send outreach messages that get replies — you own top-of-funnel volume and quality
- Keep sourcing pipelines, notes, and candidate status up to date in shared tracking tools
- Communicate clearly with the team on pipeline status, what’s working, what isn’t, and what you need
What we're looking for
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter: you know how to build smart searches, not just keyword queries
- Strong intuition for tech roles: you can tell a full-stack engineer from a frontend specialist, and you understand what makes a PM strong vs. a generalist
- Clear, concise communicator, with candidates and internally
- Comfortable in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for coordination and tracking
- Self-directed: you can run a search independently and surface strong candidates, and when things are not working for you, you can raise the flag to discuss next steps
The setup
- 1099 independent contractor
- 10–20 hrs/week, fully remote
- $30/hr
