Talent Sourcer - Sales

About the role

The Talent Sourcer will play a crucial role in building organizations by identifying and attracting top talent. This position involves working closely with the functional recruitment team to understand the organization's strategic talent needs and sourcing both passive and active candidates.

Principal Responsibilities

• Serves as a resource to the Recruiting team by sourcing candidates for difficult searches and during high requisition volumes.
• Aids in creating sourcing strategies to target, identify, map, and engage potential candidates.
• Maintains awareness of market trends and identifies potential candidate pools for active and pipeline searches.
• Conducts online research for resumes and candidate profiles using various sources like job boards, social networks, and internet research.
• Evaluates candidate profiles, performs preliminary phone screenings, and assesses candidates' availability, interest levels, salary ranges, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
• Influences candidate decision-making by highlighting Republic Services as an industry leader in the solid waste business.

Qualifications

• Certifications such as CIR, AIRS, or Social Talent or equivalent.
• Proficiency and interest in using social media, conducting internet research, and sourcing.
• Experience using tools and generating sourcing ideas outside of traditional recruiting methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of recruiting and/or sourcing experience.
• Hybrid 4 days onsite schedule.
