Talent Solutions Senior Specialist

Job Details: The Talent Solutions Senior Specialist serves as a strategic talent advisor responsible for sourcing, identifying, engaging, assessing, and securing Director through Managing Director level talent and other business-critical talent for Tyson Foods, with the flexibility to support higher-level or executive roles as business needs require. In addition to full lifecycle recruitment for Director through Managing Director level roles, acts as a trusted consultant to business leaders while proactively building external talent pipelines aligned to current and future business needs. Additionally, the Senior Specialist develops market intelligence, talent mapping strategies, and succession-oriented pipelines that strengthen the leadership bench within the functions and business units they support by leveraging strong business acumen, consultative influence and ability to build trusted relationships with both senior business leaders and key external talent pipelines. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Develops comprehensive talent market scans and go-to-market hiring strategies for Director through Managing Director level and business-critical rolesConducts industry, competitor and talent market research to identify emerging talent trends, availability and talent movementOwns the full lifecycle recruitment process for Director through Managing Director level roles from strategy through offer acceptance and onboarding.Leads position intakes and consultation sessions with business stakeholders to define success profiles and talent requirements; facilitates post-interview calibrations when applicableBuilds talent maps and external succession pipelines for critical leadership positions aligned to function and business-unit succession and growth strategies, including key organizational partnershipsServes as a consultant with leaders on talent trade-offs, organizational capability gaps, succession planning considerations, and development opportunitiesUtilizes AI tools while managing human-in-the-loop discretion through the end-to-end recruiting processProvides recommendations on market competitiveness, talent availability and strategic hiring approaches that are role-specificManages an external talent repository organized by capability, leadership level, function, and future readiness Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience: 5+ years of Director level and above recruiting experienceComputer skills: Strong computer skills, applicant tracking system experience, strong sourcing capabilitiesCommunication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong executive presenceTravel: Minimal Relocation Assistance Eligible: No Work Shift: 1ST SHIFT (United States of America) Certain roles at Tyson require background checks.
