Talent Solutions Advisor
About the role
The Talent Solutions Advisor position oversees and manages all new recruitment requests and oversees day-to-day recruitment activity for ongoing and fixed-term positions at UC. The role works closely with hiring managers to proactively source talent across all faculties and business units.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling and conducting consulting job briefs
- Writing job advertisements and managing sourcing channels
- Advising and curating recruitment strategies
- Managing job flow via the Application Tracking System (PageUp)
- Ensuring a fair and non-bias recruitment processes are met
- Supporting managers with their recruitment needs
- Maintaining the Internal mobility talent pool
- Participating in various recruitment improvement projects
- Head hunting when needed
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will be a friendly, customer-focused recruiter or talent acquisition professional with experience in consulting and advising on varied staff recruitment processes and approaches. We are looking for a personable team player with good prioritization, strong stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Pay
Salary Range $93,705pa - $100,871 pa plus 17% Super
