About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing innovative fertilizer solutions to enhance crop yields and improve soil health.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the agricultural sector.
• Develop and manage projects that involve the research and development of new fertilizers and soil amendments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including agronomists, engineers, and sales personnel to ensure project success.
• Write technical reports and presentations to communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in agricultural research and development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Qualifications
