About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing innovative fertilizer solutions to enhance crop yields and improve soil health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute projects that address global food security challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage fertilizer research projects
• Collaborate with scientists and engineers to test new fertilizers and delivery systems
• Conduct field trials to evaluate the effectiveness of proposed solutions
• Prepare and present project reports and findings to stakeholders
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in fertilizer development or agricultural research
• Experience with fertilizer formulation and application techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of soil science and plant nutrition principles
• Understanding of international agricultural policies and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
