About the role
Responsible for developing and implementing innovative fertilizer solutions to enhance crop yields and improve soil health. Collaborate with international partners to advance sustainable agriculture practices.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fertilizer solutions that address specific agricultural needs.
- Collaborate with international partners to share best practices and advance sustainable agriculture.
- Conduct research on fertilizer usage and its impact on crop yields and soil health.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including farmers, policymakers, and industry leaders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in agricultural research or development.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working internationally preferred.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of fertilizer chemistry and its effects on crops.
- Understanding of sustainable agriculture practices and their implementation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R).
