About the role

Responsible for developing and implementing innovative fertilizer solutions to enhance crop yields and improve soil health. Collaborate with international partners to advance sustainable agriculture practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fertilizer solutions that address specific agricultural needs.
• Collaborate with international partners to share best practices and advance sustainable agriculture.
• Conduct research on fertilizer usage and its impact on crop yields and soil health.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including farmers, policymakers, and industry leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Soil Science, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in agricultural research or development.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience working internationally preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fertilizer chemistry and its effects on crops.
• Understanding of sustainable agriculture practices and their implementation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with data analysis software (e.g., Excel, R).
