Position Overview

As a Talent Relations Specialist, you'll be the trusted connection between our employees and our clients. Every day is different—you'll recruit top talent, support employees throughout their assignments, build strong client relationships, and help people succeed in their careers. From celebrating a great first day on the job to helping resolve challenges along the way, you'll play a key role in creating positive experiences that keep our Talent and clients coming back.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with talent and clients by providing exceptional customer service, answering employment-related questions, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Recruit, interview, and match qualified candidates with client opportunities using recruiting platforms, applicant tracking systems, networking, and social media.
  • Care for onboarding activities, orientations, employment documentation, timesheet processing, and compliance to ensure a smooth and positive experience from hire through assignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience
  • Experience in customer service, recruiting, employee relations, staffing, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruiting technology
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, outgoing, and energetic personality with a passion for helping people succeed
  • A valid driver's license with the ability to travel locally as needed
