Talent & People Analytics Manager

The Manager, Talent & People Analytics is responsible for managing talent management programs and leading people analytics initiatives to support strategic workforce decisions. Key duties include developing and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards for actionable insights,partnering with HR to analyze workforce data, identify trends, and inform talent strategies,driving initiatives like performance management, employee engagement, talent reviews, and succession planning,creating executive presentations using advanced visualization and storytelling techniques, and supporting broader HR projects to foster a high-performance culture. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR or People Analytics, and advanced skills in Workday reporting, Excel, and PowerPoint. Preferred skills involve experience with survey platforms, Power BI, AI tools, and data visualization, and strong project management, analytical, and independent judgment capabilities.
