About the role

The RealReal is growing its team and seeking an experienced Talent Partner to drive hiring across the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will be instrumental in sourcing, interviewing, and recommending top-tier talent. As a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to the business, you'll identify opportunities to build robust talent pipelines and cultivate strong internal partnerships. Leveraging effective interviewing techniques, you will accurately assess candidates and ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic talent partner to Sales leadership, understanding business goals, team needs, and the talent required to drive performance.
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Advise and influence hiring managers on compensation, talent strategy, market insights, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing, market knowledge, and strong candidate relationships.
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and position The RealReal as an employer of choice.
  • Drive recruiting outcomes, meeting TA goals while continuously improving quality, speed, and efficiency.
  • Build trust and credibility across the business as a consultative, solutions-oriented recruiting partner.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, preferably in fast-paced, high-volume Sales or Retail environments.
  • Proven ability to partner with and effectively influence hiring managers throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated professional with a proven ability to meet and surpass TA performance metrics.
  • Strong experience in managing complex offers and negotiations with candidates, with a focus on providing an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRMs, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Workday and Phenom.

Pay

The expected salary range for this role is $100,000-$115,000. To determine starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity.
