About the Role
The Talent Partner, Sales (Recruiter) plays a strategic role in supporting the organization’s sales recruitment efforts. This position manages the full hiring lifecycle, builds proactive talent pipelines, and serves as a consultative partner to Sales leadership on talent strategies and hiring decisions. The role is critical to attracting and securing high-quality sales talent while delivering an efficient and positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales leadership to understand business objectives, workforce plans, and talent needs.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Advise hiring managers on compensation, market conditions, candidate availability, and hiring decisions.
- Build proactive talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies and relationship development.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Promote the organization as an employer of choice and strengthen talent attraction strategies.
- Meet recruiting goals while continuously improving hiring quality, efficiency, and processes.
- Establish trust and credibility as a consultative recruiting partner across the organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume sales or retail environments.
- Proven ability to influence and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Results-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding recruiting metrics.
- Experience managing complex offer negotiations.
- Commitment to diverse, equitable, and inclusive hiring practices.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, CRM platforms, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
- Experience with Workday and Phenom preferred.
Pay
Expected salary range: $100,000–$115,000 per year. Salary is determined based on work location, candidate skills and experience, market demand, and internal pay parity. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentive pay, and additional benefits.
