- Generate 8+ Business Development Leads Weekly: Uncover opportunities from your desk through meaningful MPA conversations, Bullhorn tracking, and strategic use of marketing assets.
- Execute the AccruePartners Business System:
- Participate in every intake session to align expectations.
- Craft compelling Go-to-Market messages.
- Leverage data-driven insights from market and talent analytics.
- Run efficient and targeted searches.
- Ownt he process through candidate prep, debriefs, and reference checks.
- Conduct Quality Check (QC) Calls : Stay connected to talent post-placement to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Engage in 1–2 In-Person Networking Events Monthly : Deepen your client and candidate relationships beyond the screen and get involved in our community!
