Job Description

Pay: $50/hr
6-month assignment on W2 with a possibility for extension based on performance and budget

Work Model

Remote with 30% travel to our Senatobia, MS site biweekly.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
  • Conducts search within internal talent pools and external talent pools to ensure internal career and development opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and manage candidate communications throughout the hiring process.
  • Cook up and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) - Workday.
  • Ensure a positive candidate and hiring manager experience from application to onboarding.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to leadership.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree with at least 5+ years’ professional Talent Acquisition experience in a high performing global organization, or an RPO (or similar) company.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruiting including job brief, developing sourcing/marketing plan, candidate outreach and development, offer and close.
  • Strong preference for candidates with recruiting experience within the manufacturing industry or experience sourcing for roles such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality Maintenance, Operations, Skilled Trades, etc.
  • Workday experience highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success with various recruiting strategies and techniques, including use of digital and social media, strategic mindset with a thorough understanding of business drivers and Talent Acquisition and Advancement trends within the US.
  • Prior experience working across cultures and with multi-function stakeholders.
  • Ability to network with and influence senior Business and HR leaders globally; exceptional communication skills, strong customer service orientation with proven consulting and influencing skills.
  • Strong English language skills, both written and verbal.
